YouthImPact: Mid-point Feedback & Evaluation Report
This report analyses the key findings from the YouthImPact Feedback and Evaluation Surveys collected up to December 2025. The purpose of this document is to review participants’ feedback on YouthImPact activities, assess how YouthImPact’s performance is perceived, and identify opportunities to improve its delivery.
YouthImPact: Analysis of the Youth Programme Workforce Training Needs
This research was carried out in Spring 2025 to ascertain the profile of the PEACEPLUS Youth Programme workforce and identify priority training needs of the workers engaged in the six funded projects through their respective employer organisations. The findings informed the tailoring and design of targeted training initiatives to strengthen workforce capacity and enhance support for individual projects and the entire Youth Programme.

At the Threshold: youth work through the COVID-19 Pandemic
is research was carried out with youth workers delivering the Peace IV Children & Young People’s programme, Peace4Youth, throughout the COVID-19 global pandemic. Among the findings was, “Youth Work values and principles acted as a roadmap for practitioners during these uncertain times.”
Gearing up for Transformative Practice
This resource brings together theory and practice to provide different perspectives on the conscious use of self in transformative practice. The purpose of the resource is to support youth workers to create spaces and attitudes in their practice that foster openness, inclusion and respect for diversity.

This paper reviews the literature on peacebuilding, community relations and youth work, interrogating the many concepts and approaches in these complex areas, with special regard for the influence of conflict on the lives of young people.

This report reflects on six key areas of YouthPact’s work: training events, partnership specific events, coordinators’ meetings, Young Voices events, reflective practice hubs and accredited youth work training. The report contains improvements and recommendations as part of each key area, that emerged from analysis of the available data spanning the four years of the Peace4Youth Programme
