It is with great sadness that everyone in Co-operation learned of the death of Cork teenager Kimberly O’Connor.
Kimblerly was a participant on the Cork Exchange project that teams young people from Belfast with peers from Cork to foster cross border and cross community relations.

Co-operation Ireland CEO Peter Sheridan said: “Kimberly was an enthusiastic member of our Cork Exchange and everyone at Co-operation Ireland is greatly saddened at her death.
“She was one of an inspirational set of young people who went out of their way to make friends outside of her own city and I want to pass on our sympathy to her family.”
