The Chairman of Co-operation Ireland Dr Christopher Moran is delighted to announce the appointment of Charlie Flanagan TD as a Director of Cooperation Ireland.

Charlie Flanagan served as Chairman of the Fine Gael Parliamentary Party from 2011 to 2014 then Minister for Children and Youth Affairs in 2014. He served as Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade from 2014 to 2017. He then served as Minister for Justice and Equality from 2017 to 2020.

Dr Christopher Moran said: “I have worked closely with Charlie on behalf of Co-operation Ireland. Charlie with his significant experience as Foreign minister and as Justice Minister will be of great assistance to Co-operation Ireland with regard to the issues that will need consideration in the immediate future and beyond.”
