ING New York City Marathon 2012
Are you thinking of taking on the ING New York City Marathon on 4 November 2012? We would love to hear from you. Email events@cooperationireland.org or call +44 (0) 28 9032 1462 for further details. Flights are available from Belfast, Dublin, Shannon, Manchester or London.
Starting from Staten Island, the marathon runs through all 5 boroughs of the city (Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Manhattan), finishing in Central Park.
Sports Travel International is the official Irish tour operator and all entries, travel and accommodation are booked through them.
We also have a number of entries leaving from London and Manchester booked through Sports Tours International.
The Tour Package includes:
- Return flights incl government tax, US arrivals and departure taxes, airline security charges and fuel surcharges.
- 4 nights hotel accommodation in New York. Additional nights can be confirmed on request.
- Return Airport transfers in New York on standard tour dates.
- Transfer to race start in Staten Island.
- Marathon Race Entry, which includes International Friendship Run Entry, an excellent Pasta Party, Post-Race Party & Disco, Sports Expo, New York City Marathon T-Shirt, Certificate and Medal.
- Services of Sports Travel International guides (or Sports Tours International guides if booked from London or Manchester)
- Co-operation Ireland T-Shirt.
The ING New York City Marathon attracts approx 40,000 participants and with over 2 million spectators lining the streets of New York on the marathon route and approx 6,000 volunteers, it makes for an exciting 4 days in The Big Apple.
