Registration extended until 12 Feb for Entwined Histories Decade of Centenaries Event

The closing date for registering for Co-operation Ireland’s Decade of Centenaries event has been extended until Friday 12 February.

The event entitled A Practical Guide to Exploring the Decade of Centenaries, which is part of Co-operation Ireland’s Entwined Histories project is being run in three area:

-       St Columb's Park House, Derry/Londonderry 17th Feb 10am-12noon

-       Enniskillen, The Clinton Centre - 17th February, 3-5pm

-       Stranmillis College (Central Building TL2), Belfast - 18th February, 10am-12noon

Jonathan Evershed, who is undertaking research into the politics of commemoration during the Decade of Centenaries and who ran much of the Entwined Histories programmes will be providing background on the decade, explaining Co-operation Ireland’s rationale for running the project, as well as giving practical ideas and signposting to other resources.
