EU Funding Programmes

Co-operation Ireland was responsible for delivering cross-border elements of the European Union's INTERREG IIIA Programme and the EU Programme for Peace and Reconciliation.

All projects funded under these programmes are now closed.

Modernisation Fund Capital Programme

Co-operation Ireland along with Community Evaluation Northern Ireland (CENI), and Community Places has been appointed to deliver the Modernisation Fund Capital Programme on behalf of Voluntary and Community Unit of the Department for Social Development.

Irish Peace Centres

Co-operation Ireland in partnership with the Glencree Centre for Reconciliation, the Donegal Peace Centre at An Teach Ban and The Corrymeela Community has been awarded EU Peace III funding to undertake a project aimed at cultivating and sustaining positive relationships between people living on the island of Ireland. The project is known as the Irish Peace Centres.
