Anne Anderson Porter
Director of Operations
Director of Operations since 2000, Anne Anderson-Porter’s responsibilities include
- Reviewing and developing policy guidelines for the Programmes.
- Co-ordination and evaluation of programmes,
- Strategic development and operational plan for the organisation.
Prior to joining Co-operation Ireland Anne was Director of Operations for Upper Springfield Development Trust with responsibility for the deliver of the EU Urban Programme. This was a £7 million programme designed to provide the physical and human infrastructure for economic regeneration of the Upper Springfield and Shankill areas of Belfast. Formerly she had managed the Volunteer Awards Scheme in Bryson House, and had also worked in community economic development for 10 years with Business in the Community and Belfast Action Teams.
Anne has 20 years experience of community development work within Northern Ireland and has extensive networks of contact throughout the voluntary, community and public sectors. She is currently a member of the Community Relation Council Policy Development Committee and Chair of the Interreg Community Partnership for 3.1.
